Automatic HT Capacitor Winding Machine

Automatic High Capacitor Winding Machine is designed for winding of elements (extended foil type) used in high voltage capacitor. The machine also facilities automatic testing and sorting of wound elements.
The optimum combination of mechanical, pneumatic and electronic systems incorporated in the machine provides high performance coupled with reliable operation and simplicity in maintenance.
By utilizing the latest technology, materials and manufacturing techniques, the machine offers several features such as high productivity, repeat accuracy, reliability, etc.
The machine is controlled by PLC along with touch panel for ease of operation.

Features

Electronic tension control for film and foil spools give uniform tension, resulting in high quality winding & higher productivity.
Automatic threading and unloading using collapsible-type mandrel eliminates manual operation and gives good repeatability and higher productivity.
Automatic foil cut & fold unit for both foils eliminates manual intervention during winding, ensures winding consistency.
Dual Mandrels (Indexing Type), results in shorter winding cycle time and thus leading to higher productivity.
Web Drive using servo motor ensures synchronized feeding of foil with the line speed and for adjusting head and tail length, thereby reducing wastage of materials.
Material exhaust and edge fold open sensors reduce wastage.
Robust welded steel structure, accurately machined and finished for mounting of various parts ensures perfect alignment of rollers, feeders and sub assembles with reference to the winding mandrel.
