  • Winding of conductors along with feeding of inter layer insulation & edge strips without any manual intervention.
  • Insulation layer built in a graded profile with thickness varying in proportion to the voltage differential.
  • Pneumatically operated collapsible mandrel & retractable tail-stock for easy component handling.
  • High precision closed-loop servo tension controller for conductor and insulation strips.
  • User-friendly programming and touch-screen based operations.
  • Regenerative type drive system with common DC rail for winder & un-winder for lower power consumption.
